Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Location: Home based with some travel expected
The role
In this role you will take global ownership for the creation and management of the technical partner program by identifying and sourcing accurately matched partners to ensure a mutual enhancement of offerings.
- Develop strategic relationships with international, national, and regional partners to drive mindshare and accelerate Discovery Solutions product sales
- Devise and execute broad and distribution-specific commercial plans to achieve required growth targets
- Work with internal cross-functional team (Marketing, Product Management, Software, Sales) to develop and implement successful programs that will drive more sales through our partners
- Set and manage distribution policy, price increases, tiered discount structure and contract
- Partner with Sales team to develop new distributors to further improve our business
The Candidate
- Educated to degree level within a relevant discipline i.e., Business / Management/ Marketing
- 5 years demonstratable experience with a proven record of successful growth
- Successful record of implementing change and driving new direction.
- Excellent influencing skills with customers, distributors, and internal peers
- Well-developed planning and organisational skills including scope and schedule.
- Risk, action, and issue management experience
- Matrix management
- Effective time management and personal organisation
- Continuous Improvement strategy deployment
- Leadership skills and effective teamworking ability
