Vacancy - IoT Sales Executive

Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days
Salary: Up to £40,000 plus benefits (DOE)
LocationHome based with frequent expected travel nationally 

The role

Deliver set RFID Discovery solutions sales targets and build a portfolio of client relationships by offering ongoing RFID solution to fulfil customer needs. Partnering with the Technical team on product development to produce defined specs for RFID Solutions as well as the Ops team to manage delivery and ongoing customer account management. 

Key accountabilities

  • Sell RFID hardware, tags and associated consumables in the industrial market
  • This role will be accountable for increasing solution sales in the industrial market
  • Focus will be on the industrial market where RFiD Discovery has a strong brand presence providing solutions to track and manage Returnable Transport Items, supply chain logistics and production line management
  • Partner with marketing team to develop targeted strategies for responsible sectors


The candidate

  • Demonstrable track record in achieving sales via lead generation and cold calling, preferably within the IOT / RFID markets
  • Previous RFID Experience and knowledge preferable
  • Good technical knowledge of RFID and understanding of the RFID market would be advantageous
