Position: RFID Sales Manager - Industrial Sector

 
Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 days, full travel, flexible, car allowance
 
Location: Requires regular and frequent travel within the UK and occasional international travel. Reporting into the Milton Keynes office, but applicants can be based anywhere in the UK.
 
Due to continuing growth we require an RFID Sales Manager for industrial solutions to deliver increased sales for our RFiD Discovery software solutions as well as hardware, tags and associated consumables in the industrial market. 
 
This role will involve taking ownership of the sales lead generation strategy for the packaged industrial solutions of our offerings in the UK and wider markets and drive it forward by opening new doors and unlocking opportunities.
 
Partnering with the technical and marketing teams to package solutions and generate and manage the sales pipeline and the conversion through to order.  The marketing team will support and develop targeted strategies for your designated sector to strengthen and develop RFID Discovery solutions sales.  Additionally, the successful candidate will be working closely with the technical team to help define customer requirements for new projects.
 
To be successful in this role you will need to be passionate about promoting our products and ensuring our customers’ requirements are fulfilled. The successful applicant will be a fast learning individual who understands the features of RFID and the advancements and benefits our products bring to our customers. Having a proven track record in sales, you would be expected to hit the ground running in building relationships within the industry sector and building on the trust of our brand.

 

Essential

  • Degree level or QBE
  • Demonstratable success as an experienced sales person within the industrial market or RFID tag and equipment markets
  • Previous RFID Experience and knowledge preferable.
  • Good technical knowledge of RFID and understanding of the RFID market
