The RFID Table is an easy to use solution which utilises a passive UHF RFID reader with up to 8 antennas to identify multiple assets simultaneously.

With a reading speed of up to 200 reads per second at a range of up to 1m above, the RFID Table enables organisations to avoid packing errors helping to save time and increase operational efficiency, for instance during inbound and outbound stock reconciliation.

The RFID Table can be supplied ready to use or a suitable table supplied by the customer can be adapted subject to mechanical and electrical checks conducted by the RFiD Discovery team.

If required, the table can be fitted with a visual and audible indicator to notify the user if the correct items have been placed on it. For example, correct items can trigger a green light and incorrect items a red light and an alarm.

Automatically scans items placed on the table

The RFID smart table is able to automatically scan the passive tags of items placed on it. This can help to quickly and accurately monitor stock or assets leaving and entering a premises or track QA processes for compliance reporting.

Integrates with the RFiD Discovery platform

The RFID smart table solution can be fully integrated with the RFiD Discovery platform and our other location and identification tracking solutions.

Can be used in conjunction with a handheld device or fixed readers

The RFID Smart Table can be used together with a handheld device or fixed readers to help identify additional items that are not placed on the Smart Table, using a combination of RFID and barcode technologies.

Visible or audible alerts for incorrect items

If desired, the table can be equipped with a visual and audible alerts to highlight if the correct items have been placed on it. For example, incorrect items can trigger a red light and an alarm.

Confirmation of all required items present

Just as the table can highlight when incorrect items are placed on it, it is possible to provide a positive signal when all required items are present. For example a green light and/or audible signal can indicate that all products for a shipment are ready on the table or all parts required for a specific assembly.

Fully integrated

Specifically designed to adapt to the requirements of each customer, the RFID table is fully integrated with the RFiD Discovery platform and our other tracking solutions. It can also be used in combination with a handheld device or fixed readers to identify additional items not placed on the table using a combination of RFID and barcode technologies.
