RFiD Discovery and Ergéa to jointly exhibit at EBME Expo to further strengthen partnership
RFiD Discovery is delighted to once again be exhibiting at EBME Expo 2023 together with Ergéa, the UK’s leading Managed Equipment Services provider. Their joint presence at the event marks another important step in the continued partnership between the businesses.
Following two successful events together, this will be the first co-presence since Althea UK and Medipass Healthcare rebranded as Ergéa. Solidifying their partnership at the event, the two companies will build upon their ongoing collaboration that delivers pioneering location tracking solutions to UK healthcare providers.
Since the beginning of their partnership three years ago, Ergéa and RFiD Discovery have implemented location tracking solutions for over 30,000 medical devices to improve compliance and reduce the impact of non-serviced assets. Their combined solutions also aim to reduce time spent by clinical and engineering staff looking for equipment as well as minimise over-stocking of equipment and above all, improve patient safety.
This year's EBME Expo attendees can expect to see RFiD Discovery’s new full range of healthcare tracking solutions including their new smart cabinet for stock management of implants and a ground-breaking in-door wayfinding solution for hospitals. Ergéa’s will showcase their Transformation Services, a comprehensive offering that goes beyond the traditional MES model by treating technology as an enabler rather than equipment itself. These services can include a collaborative re-design and optimisation of patient pathways, future capacity planning, modernisation of facilities, training, maximising benefits from digital technologies and analytics.
